CLEANING:
3 different Heated Ultrasonic Cleaning Stations with True Sweep Technology: unlike most cleaning tanks that only create ultrasonic waves from the bottom True-Sweep Technology produces sound waves side to side and upward making contact with all areas of the fuel injector. Results achieved are a superior fuel injector cleaning system second to none!
TESTING & FLOWING:
ASNU Classic GDI Flow Bench’s: are capable of flow testing most any High Pressure Direct Injection Fuel Injector as well as all standard Multi-port and Throttle Body Fuel Injectors. The ability to flow a fuel injector at several different duty cycles while calculating flow rates, spray patterns & fuel injector coil pulses through out the entire testing process is critical to confirm the fuel injectors integrity for use. These fuel injector flow machines are more reliable and superior to any other flow machines currently available.
Motor Man Fuel Injectors Are Professionally Re-manufactured With The Following Process.
Fuel injectors are very carefully examined for cosmetics & damage issues.
Fuel injectors are cleaned In a heated ultra-sonic tank to remove any grease & outer debris.
Fuel injector Load & Ohms tests are performed to assure coil resistance integrity.
Fuel injectors replaceable component parts are removed and discarded [ Filters, Grommet’s, O’rings & Pintle Caps & Spacers ]
Fuel injectors are bead blasted & rinsed removing any rust or undesirable cosmetic conditions.
Fuel injectors are cleaned & back flushed in a second filtered heated ultra-sonic tank removing all internal debris.
Fuel injectors are placed in a third filtered heated ultrasonic cleaning rinse tank removing any cleaning solutions.
Motor Man Fuel Injectors Are Now Ready To Enter The Flow Testing Area Were They Undergo Several Tests.
Dynamic & Static flow rates are measured for each injector to be sure its performing at proper OEM specifications.
Leak Down Testing is performed along with checking for visible external leaking around the body of the fuel injectors.
Fuel injectors are carefully grouped into flow-matched sets based on dynamic flow.
Fuel injectors are polished or clear coated to achieve the best cosmetic appearance obtainable.
Fuel injectors are re-assembled with new components [ Filters, Grommet’s, O’rings, Pintle Caps & Spacers ]
Fuel injectors are lubricated to ensure proper functionality upon installation process.
